Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chicken breasts, boiled, 3 c. milk, 1/2 c. minced onion, 12 slices white bread, crust removed and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dice 6 slices of bread.
Put in large greased baking dish. Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over bread and spread.
Cover with rest of bread. Over this, pour eggs and milk.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, pour soup over preceding and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
