Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up, 2 boiled eggs, chopped, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together except chow mein noodles.
Put in ungreased casserole dish; sprinkle chow mein noodles on top with a little margarine.
Bake at 350Β° until hot, about 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
