Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. diced celery, 4 tsp. minced onion and 1 c. chopped blanched almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put cooked chicken, soup, celery, onion, salt, pepper, almonds, lemon juice and mayonnaise in large bowl and mix well. Put a layer of the mixture into a 3-quart casserole.
Add a layer of sliced eggs.
Repeat.
Cover with crushed potato chips and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
