Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced, cooked chicken, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onions and celery in skillet with small amount of margarine.
Add to chicken, then add cream cheese and mayonnaise to salad consistency.
Bake in dish sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
