Hot Cheese Dip
Hot Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. block velveeta cheese, 1 (8 oz.) can ro-tel chopped tomatoes and peppers, 1/2 lb. hot sausage, 1/2 lb. hamburger meat and cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers in a crock-pot or a large saucepan and cook on low setting.
While the cheese and tomatoes are melting, cook and drain the sausage and hamburger meat.
When the cheese mixture is melted, add in the hamburger meat and sausage.
Season with cayenne pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
