Hot Cheese Appetizers

Grate cheese and soften to spreading consistency with mayonnaise.

Add red pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Trim the crust from the slices of bread and spread each slice generously with the cheese mixture.

Roll up and secure with toothpick and bake in hot oven at 425° until lightly browned.
