Hot Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 to 2 tbsp. worcestershire, dash of garlic salt and dash of cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate cheese.
Mix with cream cheese.
Add Worcestershire, garlic salt and cayenne.
Mix well with hands.
Roll in 4 sticks on wax paper.
Roll in cayenne pepper to taste.
