Hot Buttered Rum Mix
Hot Buttered Rum Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp. ground nutmeg and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a small mixer bowl, beat together softened butter or margarine, brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon until well combined.
Beat in the softened ice cream.
Turn mixture into a 4-cup freezer container.
Seal and freeze.
(Mixture will not freeze solid.)
Makes about 4 cups of mix.
