Hot Butter Rum Batter
Hot Butter Rum Batter is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 lb. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 lb. butter and 1 qt. french vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat in large saucepan butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar. When mixed well, add ice cream and vanilla.
Ready to serve.
Add 1 tablespoon or so to cup of hot water.
Serve with or without rum. May dust with nutmeg or serve with cinnamon stick.
Keeps well in freezer.
