Made with 2 lb. minced bologna (chunk), cut in 2-inch squares or smaller*, 1 1/2 c. brown vinegar, 1 tbsp. hot peppers (spice), 1/3 c. brown sugar and approximately 1 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
