Hot Beef Dip
Hot Beef Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar chipped beef, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Rinse chipped beef in cold water and chop coarsely.
Saute onion in butter.
Add beef and saute 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese and milk.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts and combines with milk.
Add grated cheese, mushrooms, pepper and Beau Monde.
Mix all until hot.
Serve with torn pumpernickel bread to dip.
