Hostess Potatoes
Hostess Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. shredded potatoes or 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter (1/4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix and bake all but last 2 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 45 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Remove and top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter.
Mix and spread on top, return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
