Hostess Peas
Hostess Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 strips bacon, 1/4 c. minced onion, 3 c. frozen lesueur peas, cooked, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dice bacon and saute until crisp.
Remove bacon from skillet. Saute onion in the bacon grease.
Remove onion from skillet.
Put peas, butter, water and lettuce in skillet and cook until lettuce is wilted.
Add bacon and onion.
Heat through and serve.
