Hospitality Pie
Hospitality Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, melt butter.
Put in coconut and nuts and toast; set aside to cool.
Mix the cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip.
Put half of the toasted mixture in with the Cool Whip mixture.
Stir well; put this mixture into the two pie crusts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the toasted mixture on top of the pies.
Then drizzle ice cream topping on top of each pie.
These freeze well or keep in refrigerator if you do not freeze.
