Hospitality Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. coconut, 3/4 c. oleo, 1 (16 oz.) cool whip, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 c. sliced almonds, chopped pecans, or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Toast coconut, nuts, and oleo for 15 minutes at 375, stirring. Let cool.
Mix cool whip, Eagle Brand milk, and cream cheese.
Pour into pie crust.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut mixture.
Pour caramel over pie and freeze.
Thaw a few minutes before serving. Will keep 2 - 3 weeks in freezer.
