Hospitality Pie
Hospitality Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In skillet, melt butter.
Put in coconut and nuts and toast; set aside to cool.
Mix the cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip.
Put half of the toasted mixture in with the Cool Whip mixture.
Stir well; put this mixture into the two pie crusts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the toasted mixture on top of the pies.
Then drizzle ice cream topping on top of each pie.
These freeze well or keep in refrigerator if you do not freeze.
