Horseradish Mousse
Horseradish Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 can hellmann's mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve.
Warm gently and stir.
Let cool.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Beat evaporated milk until firm.
Beat in mayonnaise, then beat in softened cream cheese.
Beat in horseradish.
Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in.
Spray ring mold with Pam; pour in mousse and refrigerate until set.
Serve with roast beef.
