Horehound Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. brown sugar, 3 c. hot water and 3 oz. horehound, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add horehound to hot water and cook about 20 minutes; strain. Add sugar and cook until syrup forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water.
