Hootenany Cake
Hootenany Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 box instant coconut pudding, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease bottom of tube pan.
In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients; beat for 5 minutes.
Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon together.
Put 1/3 of nut mixture in bottom of tube pan.
Add 1/2 cup of cake mixture.
Add another 1/3 cup of nut mixture and the remainder of cake batter.
Add remainder of nut mixture on top of cake.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350Β°.
