Honolulu Burgers
Honolulu Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 tbsp. steak sauce and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a large bowl, combine beef, eggs, onion, steak sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 8 patties at least as large as pineapple slices.
Grill patties on barbecue grill.
After first side is cooked, turn, place 1 pineapple slice on each burger and top each with one slice of cheese.
Finish cooking.
Serve on buns. Makes eight 1/4-pound burgers.
