Honey-Pecan Rolls
Honey-Pecan Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 2 c. self-rising flour, 2/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Stir in just enough milk so dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead lightly 10 times. Roll into a rectangle.
Mix remaining ingredients; reserve a 1/4 cup.
Spread remaining pecan mixture over rectangle.
Roll up. Pinch edges to seal.
Cut into 6 inches.
Spread remaining pecan mixture over biscuit tops.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
