Honey Nut Squash
Honey Nut Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 acorn squash, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. walnuts, 1 tbsp. raisins and 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In shallow, microwave-safe dish, microwave acorn squash according to microwave manufacturer's directions.
Halve lengthwise and remove seeds.
Combine honey, walnuts, raisins, butter or margarine and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon into squash in dish.
Microwave at High (100%) for 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated and lightly glazed.
