Honey Jelly
Honey Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. honey, 1 c. apple juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 oz. liquid pectin and paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine honey, apple juice and lemon juice in a large pan. Bring quickly to a rolling boil and stir in pectin.
Bring back to a full boil that cannot be stirred down.
Remove from heat and skim foam that appears on top.
Pour into sterilized jars.
Seal with paraffin.
Store in a cool dry place.
Makes 3 1/2 pints.
