Honey Ham
Honey Ham is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. smoked ham (pork shoulder), 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. water and 1 1/2 tsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut meat off bone.
Use 12 ounces.
Steam 30 minutes.
Cool. Remove skin; cut off fat.
Slice into small pieces (2 or 3 inches round).
Steam again, 30 minutes.
Remove juices. Boil water.
Add sugar and ham.
Stir 1 to 2 minutes until sugar dissolves and bubbles appear.
Add honey until mixture is complete, about 30 seconds.
