Honey Fudge
Honey Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. cream, 1 sq. chocolate and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Boil sugar, milk, cream and chocolate for 5 minutes.
Add honey and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water; 236°.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to 120°.
Beat until it loses its shiny look.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cut in 1 inch squares.
Store in refrigerator.
