Honey-Fruit Syrup
Honey-Fruit Syrup is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. ground ginger and 1 c. sliced strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a small saucepan, stir together pineapple juice, honey, cornstarch, and ground ginger.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Stir in fruit.
Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
