Honey Fruit Compote
Honey Fruit Compote is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice), (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained (discard liquid), c. seedless green or red grapes, halved, kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced and c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, grapes and kiwi slices.
Set fruit aside.
Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid and combine with orange juice, honey and lemon juice.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serves 6.
