Honey Fluff
Honey Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 c. water, 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten and 1 tsp. lemon flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, honey and water in saucepan; boil until syrup will harden when dropped in cold water, or hard ball stage on thermometer.
Pour syrup slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites. Add lemon flavoring and beat until stiff enough to hold peaks and drop on waxed paper.
Add chopped nuts if desired.
