Honey Chicken
Honey Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts (no skin, no bones), 1 1/2 c. orange juice, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1 tsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil in frying pan.
Fry until no pink is present.
Pour off oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
(If sauce gets too thick, add more juice.)
Stir occasionally.
You add chunks of pineapple at the end.
Serve with rice and fruit salad.
