Honey Cake
Honey Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. sugar, eggs, c. salad oil, c. honey and c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine sugar, eggs, oil and honey.
Beat until very thick. Combine dry ingredients and sift 3 times.
Combine pineapple juice and water, bring to a boil and add baking soda.
Add alternately with dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 10-inch tube pan lined with waxed paper on bottom.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
