Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream well.
Pour 1/2 of the batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake batter.
Pour remaining batter in pan.
Swirl with knife.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
Pour over cake while hot.
