Honey Bun Cake

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Put half in bottom of pan.
Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon; sprinkle half of sugar over mix.
Put rest of mix, then rest of sugar.
Take knife and run through batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
