Honey Bran Bread
Honey Bran Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water, 1 c. all-bran, 3/4 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. honey and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix All-Bran, shortening and boiling water and allow shortening to melt.
In separate bowl, beat well the eggs, honey, salt and soda.
Combine all ingredients and add flour.
Let rise in bowl 1 1/2 hours.
Place in 2 large or 3 medium greased loaf pans and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β°, medium loaves for approximately 30 minutes and large loaves for about 40 minutes.
