Honey Batter Rolls
Honey Batter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. hot water (120~ to 130~) and 1/3 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt in mixer bowl.
Add water, melted Crisco, honey and egg.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add remaining cup flour.
Beat with fork or spoon.
Cover with plastic.
Let rise 30 minutes or until double.
Spoon into greased muffin tins (1/2 full).
Cover; let rise until double.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
