Homemade Lasagna
Homemade Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 container ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 8 oz. cooked and drained lasagna noodles and mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Spread 1 cup of meat sauce into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer 1/4 of the lasagna, 1/3 of the Ricotta mixture and 1 cup meat sauce and repeat twice.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Top layer should be Mozzarella.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 35 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Serves 12.
