Homemade Kahlua
Homemade Kahlua is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. water, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 10 tbsp. instant coffee (or 8 tbsp. freeze-dried coffee), 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 pt. vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put water, sugar and coffee in a pot; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Remove from heat and cool.
When cooled, add vanilla and vodka.
