Homemade Granola
Homemade Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. quick oats, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. dry milk and 1/3 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place 1/4 cup of mung beans in a quart jar and cover with tepid water.
Cover with cheesecloth and tie securely.
Soak overnight.
Drain water off.
Set in a warm, dark place.
Every day, rinse with tepid water and drain.
Place in a warm dark place again.
Repeat 4 to 5 days or until sprouts are as big as you want.
