Homemade Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. shortening and about 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cut in shortening until well blended.
Slowly add milk, using only enough to make soft dough but not sticky.
Turn dough onto floured board. Knead a few strokes.
Roll 3/4 inch thick.
Cut with cutter or glass or square with knife.
Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes until done.
Butter tops and serve.
