Homemade Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 tbsp. oil and buttermilk (enough to make dough sticky), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend all ingredients.
Roll and cut out dough on a floured cloth.
Grease pans with oil.
Dip both sides of biscuits in oiled pan.
Place in pan (sides touching) and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Move oven rack up 1 step so the bottom of the biscuits will not overbake.
Makes 20 biscuits.
