Holiday Tuna Tree Recipe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained and flaked, 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. finely chopped ripe olives and 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Makes 4 cups.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Place in Christmas tree mold and refrigerate.
You may serve in the mold or transfer to a serving plate.
Decorate with garlands of small parsley leaves, red and green peppers cut into stars and a lemon wedge.
