Holiday Squash
Holiday Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. yellow squash (fresh or frozen), 1 can chicken soup (undiluted), 1 c. sour cream, salt and pepper and 1 pkg. herb seasoned crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mash squash.
Add onion, soup, sour cream, carrot, salt and pepper.
Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom. Add squash mixture.
Cover with crumbs and generous dots of butter on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
