Holiday Salad
Holiday Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. red hots, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. cherry gelatin, 2 (no. 2) cans applesauce and 1 small container sour cream or as much as it takes to fill hole, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt red hots in boiling water.
Add gelatin and stir in applesauce.
Chill until firm in an 8-inch ring mold.
Unmold on plate.
Fill center hole with sour cream.
Yields 16 to 18 servings.
