Holiday Rice
Holiday Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Melt butter in large skillet.
Add next 4 ingredients and saute until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken broth and seasonings; stir well.
Spoon rice mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
