Holiday Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 c. water, 48 oz. pineapple juice, 2 beaten egg whites and 3 small bottles ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat sugar and water until boiling, then cool. Add pineapple juice and freeze just until slushy. When slushy, stir in beaten egg whites. Return to freezer until completely frozen.
Right before serving, add ginger ale and allow time for mixture to thaw. Serve and enjoy.
