Holiday Potatoes
Holiday Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. plus 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix together potatoes, 1 cup cheese, soups, onion, sour cream and melted butter in a large bowl.
Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, until mixture is bubbly.
Add 1/2 cup cheese and paprika and bake 10 minutes more. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
