Holiday Peas
Holiday Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
Cook peas according to package directions substituting reserved liquid for equal amount of water; drain.
Cook onion and celery in butter in saucepan until soft.
Add mushrooms and pimientos; heat thoroughly.
Add peas and seasonings; heat through.
