Holiday Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 c. diagonally sliced celery, 1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, 1 (6 oz.) jar pearl onions and 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in a large skillet; add celery and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender, stirring often.
Add onions, rosemary, peas, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
