Holiday Nut Cake
Holiday Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 6 eggs, beaten, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix 3 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add this to creamed mixture.
In separate bowl, mix 1 cup flour with cherries, pineapple and nuts. Add to other mixture.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
