Holiday Log Roll
Holiday Log Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 pkg. or box vanilla wafers (10 or 20), crushed, 1 can condensed eagle brand or other like brand condensed milk and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crush all vanilla wafers into crumbs. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, chopped pecans and milk together.
Roll into log shape. Then roll the log into confectioners sugar.
Put in wax paper and put in refrigerator for several hours until chilled.
