Holiday Jelly
Holiday Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. apple cider (sweet), 9 c. sugar, 2 c. cranberry juice and 1/2 bottle certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Gather red corn cobs from barn.
Use 2 dozen cobs, well cleaned.
Cover with water and boil as you would fruit for jelly. Take 6 cups juice and place in pot.
Add 9 cups sugar and 1 box Sure-Jell.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour into jars.
This tastes like a blend of apple and plum jelly.
